My mom was telling a colleague of hers how rebellious I was at the age of 16. I used to wear nothing but extremely low waisted pants which made me look bigger than I was and converse shoes. She wanted me to wear heels and dresses; more feminine and less men basically, which is how I dress now.

These floral dresses would have been my last choice of clothes back then, I would love to own every one of them now.

We always dress up for the event, so I found this amazing 3.1 Phillip Lim dress with the help of my friend back in Frisco, and paired it up with Fendi pumps. (I found them on sale!)

I've been looking at blogs and seeing how people celebrate Christmas and New Years.

My mom is a genius - and this is how my family does Christmas; beautiful setting, beautiful people, and we make beautiful memories together.

Everyone was crying at the table by the end of our dinner because we talked about how lucky we were to have each other.

The first thing I did when I got home was to go through my mom's clothes and make sure I tell her everything I will take from her! This beautiful Lanvin jacket was the first thing on my mind, - I had spotted it last summer before I left - and of course, it was the first thing I wore out.

I used to be in love with this big red skirt on the Victoria's Secret ad campaign last winter. Some of the skirts here remind me of that skirt, and I love them. (Elle Italy)

I have seen The Carter - Lil Wayne's documentary - about 20 times so far. I'm sure the bf has something to do with it also, but I have this new obsession with Lil Wayne. His work ethic is beyond my belief. I'm currently listening to "Me and My Drank" as I write this - although it's 8 in the morning, and the only thing I can think of drinking is coffee - and I know Wayne isn't referring to that when he talks about his "drank."
