HistoryOfHipHop

Be patient through the 30 second commercial in the beginning, it's worth it. Justin Timberlake NEVER fails to put a smile on my face.

Before I talk about anything else, I am really excited to say that Vogue Turkey is featuring 4 bloggers from four cities for a month on their website, (Voguemag.com.tr click on the website to check it out) looking at what they wear each day for a week. I was chosen to be the blogger from Istanbul, Turkey. The first week of October, they'll be showing my pictures. So please check it out. (The pictures on the website take a little longer than usual to upload, but be patient. I promise, I'm on there!)

A couple of weeks ago Caro and I have been looking for a place to take pictures, and found this alley way, and really loved the colors. I love that dress. Although it looks like Stella McCartney/Chloe, it's from HnM. Don't ask me why I've worn pink twice in a week, sometimes it happens, or more importantly, sometimes it's necessary. Plus, this is a little more on the pale, almost skin color side.

I'm sure it was a conscious decision of them to feature short dresses on the tallest models in the world, and people like you, or me, won't look the same if we wear these, but hey, who cares? Models are not the real women, we are.

I don't want to hear it from anyone. Yes, I was crying. It happens. That sweatshirt has been my good companion. I recently bought it (It's from Zara) and I haven't taken it off, although it's a million degrees outside.

Kanye West - Lost In The World by myswag

Kanye's new song. Caro texted me today and told me to listen to it, saying it was amazing - which I had no doubt about. This man is really creative. He has changed the sound of hip hop.

It's true that fashion has no language. It does, but since it's created by an elite group of people, once you learn them, you're golden. It doesn't matter if it's American Vogue or Russian Tatler, you just need to learn to appreciate clothes.

SolemnBeauty

I know beauty changes for everyone, but I've grown to appreciate beauties without striking features, solemn beauty beats that.
