I just recovered from Oscar Sunday today, which was haw it was supposed to be. As I told you before, we changed the rules of the game from drinking when the camera pans to Jack Nicholson (he wasn't there this year) to drinking when the camera pans to George Clooney. For those of you who watched the Oscars, George Clooney was on camera more than Billy Crystal, the host. I think my body got so used to that that I might ask for a drink every time I see him on any kind of screen on magazine. In which case I might turn into a borderline alcoholic, so maybe not...
Oh by the way, OF COURSE, I guessed the winners more than my guests and won absolutely nothing. Other than self satisfaction for winning ;)

Oscar gununden sonra ancak kendime gelebildim bugun. Size onceden de soyledigim gibi, Jack Nicholson'i gorunce icme kuralini George Clooney'e cevirdik, ve izliyenler eminim farkindadirlar ki George Clooney sunucu Billy Crystal'dan daha cok ekrandaydi. Vucudum buna o kadar alisti ki bundan sonra George Clooney'i her gordugumde icki icebilirim. Gerci o biraz alkoliklige giriyor artik :)
Bu arada tabi ki kazananlari tahmin etme yarisini ben kazandim ve sonucunda kazandigimi bilmek disinda hicbir hediyem yoktu :)

As the tall, lean, beautifully tanned Californian Gods are blessing us with this weather, I am blessing my feet with flats, and my body with the warm heat. However, I have bigger fish to fry at the moment; did I mention that THE OSCARS ARE TOMORROW?!
By the way, I have a drinking game for you all so you can enjoy the Oscars even more - as if that's possible. Here are the rules;
1. Every time a celebrity get's asked "Who is your dress by?" you take a shot.
2. Every time a winner's speech is cut off by the orchestra, you take a shot.
3. Every time the camera pans over to Jack Nicholson, you take a shot. No excuses, we'll be drunk all together ;)

Spent the whole day finishing my book, (Of Mice and Men) reading all the American march issues of Vogue, Elle and Bazaar, and soaking all the sun I could. From now on I am considering Thursdays to be my days off. No homework, no work. Now I'm gonna go work out. Life is good.
